Junior Property Fee Earner
Our client a leading multi office practice specialising in property, due to continued growth are now recruiting for a Junior Fee Earner to join their property department in Woodbridge. The Role
* Take instructions from clients
* Dealing with sales and purchases of leasehold, freehold, transfer of equity and new build property matters
* Preparing contract pack
* Chasing enquiries and progress on the matter to ensure a speedy exchange
* Raising client enquiries with solicitors
* Carry out all electronic ID checks, OS2 and Bankruptcy searches
* Issuing contracts and dealing with any sale enquiries
* Support in exchanging contracts and completion transactions
