Junior Facilities Coordinator (1-Year Contract) #HHL

Salary: Up to $3500

Office hours, Mon-Fri

• Coordinate facility maintenance (HVAC, utilities, equipment)
• Liaise with vendors for servicing, repairs, calibration
• Support preventive maintenance schedules & equipment tracking
• Oversee contractor works (permits, risk assessments, safety)
• Maintain documentation in compliance with ISO/GMP standards
• Monitor utilities usage, safety reports, and facility operations

• Min. Degree in Engineering / Biomedical / related field
• Min. 1 year relevant experience (GMP/ISO environment preferred)
• Basic IT knowledge (systems, equipment interface)
