• Proficient in using the company's operational systems.
• Capable of uploading documents into the system.
• Fluent in reading and understanding Malay and English.
• Effective communication skills in Malay and English.
• Ability to follow company directions and meet targets.
• Execute processes accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to the company's timetable.

Your Know-How

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, automotive, or clerical industries is preferred.
