Job Description

Duties
:
Assist in the day to day commercial and contract activities of a project lifecycle and gain experience and proficiencies in the following tasks:

Pre-contract Commencement Meeting with the Project Team.

Generate Project Budgets.

Prepare cash flow for the project based on the Contract Programme for issuing to the Employers Quantity Surveyor.

Re measure packages as required to identify any quantity errors over/under measure and to process Tender enquiries accurately and to mitigate contract Risks.

Prepare Tender enquiry packages liaising with the Contracts Manager.

Create and use Procurement tracker.

Complete Subcontract Package tender analysis

Attend pre-appointment subcontractor meeting to ensure scope is clearly defined & appoint subcontractor in line with Companies subcontract terms and in line with the main contract conditions.
