About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a Junior Estimator to join our team and be responsible for:

• Ensure that estimates are executed in accordance with the client’s specifications or design brief and the Company’s procedures.
• Ensure all tender deadlines are met.
• Review tender documentation issued by clients and derive a thorough understanding of clients’ requirements.
• Undertake or arrange the undertaking of quantity take offs and procurement activities.
• Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals for tender submissions within the scope of appropriate drawings, specifications, quantities and cost data.
• Prepare a brief execution proposal and discuss with operational personnel and amend as necessary.
• Analyse and review successful and unsuccessful tenders.
• Ensure that upon award of works that contract documents are reviewed prior to acceptance.
