About the Role
As a Junior Enterprise Application Administrator, you will act as Level 2 support within our Platform Engineering organization—bridging the gap between the Service Desk (Level 1), internal users, and senior Platform Engineers (Level 3).
This role is designed as a growth opportunity. You are not expected to check every technical box on day one. We are prioritizing problem‑solving ability, communication skills, and a strong learning mindset over years of experience.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as Level 2 support for enterprise applications, primarily Jira and Confluence
- Triage, investigate, and troubleshoot issues escalated from the Service Desk
- Clearly communicate issues, progress, and resolutions to users and technical teams
