About the Role
As a Junior Enterprise Application Administrator, you will act as Level2 support within our Platform Engineering organization—bridging the gap between the Service Desk (Level1), internal users, and senior Platform Engineers (Level3). This role is designed as a growth opportunity. We are prioritizing problem‑solving ability, communication skills, and a strong learning mindset over years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Level2 support for enterprise applications, primarily Jira and Confluence.
- Triage, investigate, and troubleshoot issues escalated from the Service Desk.
- Clearly communicate issues, progress, and resolutions to users and technical teams.
- Escalate more complex problems to Platform Engineers with strong documentation and context.
- Test applications following major releases using existing test cases.
