Junior Engineer, Proposals Support [Water Technology Division]

• Review RFQs, RFPs, tender documents and specifications from clients and government agencies and analyze project requirements and scope of work in coordination with the design and execution teams.
• Develop complete process design for any type of water and wastewater treatment system with any type of water source.
• Develop comprehensive technical proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects (RO, UF, MBR, STP, WTP, ETP, etc.).
• Prepare BOQs, equipment selections and system design outlines based on client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications and local regulations.
• Perform accurate quantity take‑offs, material, equipment and labor cost estimation.
• Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Prepare complete cost sheets and pricing for final bid approval.
