Junior Data Engineer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a committed Associate Data Engineer with hands-on experience in SQL and core data engineering. The ideal candidate should understand Jira-based workflows and be someone who takes ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/data pipelines
• Write efficient and complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and troubleshooting
• Support data warehouse and reporting requirements
• Track and manage tasks through Jira
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned data engineering tasks

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Good understanding of data engineering fundamentals
• Working knowledge of Python for data processing is preferred
