Job Description
The role should have prior experience with data collection/management, data system administration, and end user support in relation to data systems. Any experience supporting data and data systems related to education are a plus.
Characteristic Responsibilities

+ Provide system support and end user support for home grown systems like myNHDOE (single sign-on system), SEEDS (master data management), iNHDEX (student level data collection system), and ESSP (school district level data collection system).

+ Advise and train school district employees and NHED personnel in system access and use of supported systems.

+ Troubleshoot system issues to help restore normal functioning.

+ Make recommendations to expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve workflow.
