Job Description
Primary Job Purpose:
Customer service officers act as the face of a company and directly work with customers to answer their questions or provide additional support where needed.
Works well with people with excellent interpersonal communication skills to achieve good level of customer satisfaction.
Mainly responsible for supporting customer through a variety of means, such as order taking, order entry, WhatsApp chats, email, phone calls, B2B system etc.
Work effectively with all peers and teams in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Trade Asset and IT to influence and improve customer services.
Key Accountabilities:
Greet customer warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Process and coordinate sales orders (Invoice/Delivery Order) for Klang Valley
Assist with placement of customer orders through email, fax & whatsapp
Picking list report (Klang Valley/Outstation) to Tiong...
