Junior Counsel

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement compliance policies to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal standards
• Conduct audits and prepare compliance reports for submission to regulatory agencies
• Assist in contract drafting, legal research, and analysis of regulatory changes affecting the company
• Coordinate with internal teams to support compliance training and policy communication
• Support internal investigations of compliance issues and document findings for management review

Qualifications

• Law graduate and Philippine Bar passer
• At least 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or corporate law practice
• Strong knowledge of corporate compliance regulations and industry standards
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools, with strong attention to detail and integrity
