We are a growing HR technology and talent consulting firm partnering with organisations to implement, optimise and scale their people systems.

Our work spans HRIS implementation, recruitment technology, performance management and talent strategy.

We are now looking for a Junior Consultant to support smaller client portfolios, deliver training, drive retention and contribute to business development.

You will support smaller and growth-tier clients while assisting senior consultants on strategic accounts. This role blends structured operational work with client-facing advisory and commercial responsibility.

This role is ideal for someone who understands recruitment processes but enjoys the operational, systems and client relationship side more than running recruitment campaigns.
