Job Description Summary

Role Purpose: This person will specialize in Tenant representation, working primarily with the international clients of the Cushman & Wakefield network.

Key Responsibilities

This person will represent and advise tenants on their real estate strategy whether it may be relocations, renegotiations, acquisition of versatile space, lease disposals or sale of their properties.

This representation in the acquisition will include:

• The identification of the different alternatives analyzing the Client’s needs and agreeing a brief
• Searching buildings that meet the agreed criteria, working with other entities, including competitors.
• Accompanying the client during the site visits, selecting appropriate buildings compliant with the agreed brief
• Negotiating the best financial conditions
