Job Description

As the Junior Commercial Analyst in Wealth Management, you will be responsible for market research modelling, in-depth analysis across products and clients, and the management of budgeting and forecasting processes, all while focusing on key metrics such as Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue generation. You will also be responsible for creating client proposals, pitch decks, and post-sales client analytics. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research:
Keep analysing the real estate market to identify opportunity hotspots in the region. 
Read available secondary data/reports and present takeaways to the management. 
Periodically publish research reports. 
Perform on-demand global research on rules, regulations, tax laws, etc., for the target geographic markets. 
Client Proposals and Pitch Deck Development:
Work closely with the Wealth Management team to do client need analysis and risk profiling.
