Collections Analyst (O2C)

Role Objective: Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables, supporting healthy cash flow and efficient accounts receivable management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to collect overdue payments based on aging reports.
• Perform ongoing follow-ups via phone, email, and other communication channels.
