We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Client Executive. As a Junior Client Executive you will be responsible for delivering the agreed-upon services to our clients.

The Role
Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Uphold the SLAs to meet client expectations and ensure service delivery standards are met.
Work with Account Executives and Brokers in determining appropriate solutions and structuring
Actively contribute to the development and improvement of delivery strategies, sharing insights and recommendations based on client interactions and feedback.
