Junior Casino Host

Overview Under the direction of the Player Development Manager and Executive Director of Casino Operations, the incumbent supports Player Development as a team. It is the responsibility of the Junior Casino Host to follow and carry out the requests of the Casino Hosts & Player Development Manager and to create a memorable trip for our casino guests. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities Pre-assign rooms for VIP arrivals, check-in and key rooms Check-in guest on arrival, acquire proper identification and log information into the computer Supports VIP services by making room reservations, arranging for amenities, and transportation arrangements when required.
