Junior Buyer Intern

• Create and update purchase requisitions to the LES;
• Support supplier management by ensuring that costs are well tracked;
• Generate the various inventory reports;
• Entering data from the ERP at the inventory items level;
• Follow up with customers and suppliers on invoices and submissions;
• Entering customer purchase request data;
• Support the management of day-to-day relationships with external partners;
• Generate performance reports from the supply chain team;
• Respond effectively to requests from internal and external customers.

• Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Have good writing and communication skills;
• Bilingualism (French and English) , an asset;
• Have good judgment;
