Junior Business Analyst

**What You’ll Be Doing**
The **Junior Business Analyst** role is a multiskilled, cross-functional position responsible for conducting user research, creating detailed process flows, business requirements gathering, and translating business needs into automated, digitized and scalable system and process needs, document user stories in JIRA, creating software requirement specifications and other documentation artifacts. This role will support business process analysis and reengineering initiatives, including process mapping, workflow assessment, and operational improvement efforts.
