Genpx Inc is expanding and looking for a motivated, results driven Junior Bench Sales Recruiter with hands on experience in US IT Bench Sales. We are seeking someone who understands the full lifecycle of consultant marketing and is confident in driving placements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market bench consultants to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients

- Submit profiles daily and coordinate quick interview schedules

- Negotiate rates effectively

- Follow up consistently until successful closure

- Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 roles

- Build and maintain a strong vendor network

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of US IT Bench Sales experience

- Strong working knowledge of Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
