Junior Assistant - Virtual CFO Services

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Team Lead for our Virtual CFO Services division. This is an execution and coordination role — the incumbent will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of monthly accounting, MIS, reconciliations, and compliance support. The Team Lead will work closely with the division's senior management and will guide junior associates in day-to-day client work. The role is well-suited for a semi-qualified CA or CMA professional with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting, audit support, or finance operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Client Book Review & Accuracy

• Conduct monthly review of client books of accounts — verify ledger entries, identify mispostings, and ensure books are clean and up to date before MIS extraction

• Raise adjustment journal entries where required; maintain a structured review checklist for each client
