Junior Architectural Technician

Salary: GBP26 000 - GBP35 000 per annum, plus company benefits and a half day off every Friday.

Location: Edgware.

We are a growing residential design company specialising in residential extensions, conversions and general residential developments, and we are looking to expand our design team.

The Role

• Create detailed floor plans, elevations and sections.
• Carry out accurate on-site measurements and surveys.
• Assist with planning applications and building regulations drawings.

The Person

• Architectural Assistant, Architectural Technician or similar.
• Understanding of UK planning requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Able to commute to Edgware.
