Junior Architect

URM Stores, Inc. is in need of an experienced Junior Architect!  We’re seeking a talented design professional who can transform ideas into innovative, functional retail environments that elevate customer shopping experience.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with retail grocers and operations teams to develop impactful store concepts and detailed technical drawings for both new store construction and remodel projects of varying sizes and scopes. Reporting to the Director of Store Planning & Equipment, you’ll play a key role in shaping efficient, visually engaging grocery spaces from concept through execution.

Your work will directly support some of the our region’s most recognized grocery banners, including Rosauers Supermarkets, Yoke’s Fresh Markets, Super 1 Foods, Harvest Foods, and Town & Country Stores.
