• Install, set up, and demonstrate advanced microscopy systems
• Provide user training and technical support to customers
• Troubleshoot equipment and application-related issues
• Support workshops, seminars, and product launches
• Prepare biological samples for demonstrations and evaluations
• Work closely with sales and regional teams to support customers

• Min. Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Optics, or related disciplines
• Strong interest in scientific instruments and technology
• Hands‑on, analytical, and willing to learn
• Comfortable interacting with customers and providing technical support
