Junior Application Engineer - L2

**MEXICO CITY, MEXICO**Junior Application Engineer L2**What will be your responsibilities?
**- Provide post-production support services for the customers, including the following activities:- Identify, prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve incidents in production environments- Ensure SLA compliance**S**kills & Requirements**:- Strong knowledge of SQL, PL-SQL;- Ability to read Java code; knowledge of Java, J2EE.
- Knowledge of implementation methodologies and development techniques will be considered an asset;- Good written and spoken English & Spanish is a must;- Good communication skills;- Experience in telecommunications (OSS/BSS) will be considered an asset.
**Education**:- S. M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related fieldLI-TM1
