We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accounting Staff to support our finance and accounting operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing

Prepare and record daily accounting journal entries

Handle employee expense claims and reimbursement documentation

Organize, file, and maintain accounting and finance documents properly

Assist in invoice checking, payment documentation, and receivable monitoring

Support monthly closing and reconciliation processes

Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance-related documents

Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date
