Key Responsibilities:
• Aged Payables/Receivables: Monitor and manage the Aging Report to ensure timely collections and strategic payment scheduling.
• Daily Bank Feed Matching: Reconcile daily bank statements against the general ledger to ensure all cash inflows and outflows are captured.
• Payment Allocation: Precisely match incoming payments to specific sales invoices and outgoing payments to purchase orders.
