Job Description
We are looking for someone who is diligent, highly organized, and consistently on top of their responsibilities. Someone who can work independently, take initiative, and proactively move tasks forward.
Duties:
-Prepare and send invoices to clients
-Able to organize and maintain client databases and invoice scheduling
-Responsible for revenue recognition (includes SAAS, professional services and third party revenues)
-Communication with clients over email and related to invoicing and contracts
-Posting journal entries
-Bank reconciliations
-Suggest process improvements
-Other ad-hoc projects
-High profiency in English B2+
