Junior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and processing authorized payments.
- Perform bookkeeping activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and information.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and financial institutions as required.
- Assist the finance team in various accounting and compliance-related activities.
