In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities: Perform mold installation, removal, and changeovers on plastic injection molding machines according to production schedules.

Set up and adjust machine process parameters to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.

Execute machine, mold, and auxiliary equipment set-ups prior to production start-up.

Verify proper operation of molds, cooling systems, and production equipment.

Perform production start-ups and make process adjustments to meet quality specifications.

Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot process deviations as needed.
