Jr Underwriter/Processor

Description
Must have experience working with appraisals, income, assets, FHA & VA loans - everything a normal processor would do
Help resolve issues for underwriter
Work through guidelines with loans that are inbetween the final approval and closing
Processor knows how to do income, access, solve the issue
Calculating income, review assets - Review appraisals
· Perform complex data and document validation
· Troubleshoot third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
· Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions
· Complete appraisal eligibility tasks
· Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines
· Perform other related duties as required and assigned
· Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Additional Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a loan processor
Experience with (conventional, fha, va, jumbo loans)
