RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Tumutulong sa production upang malaman ang ikot at sistema nito, pati narin ang mga

makinang ginagamit dito

- Nagmomonitor ng mga gawa ng tao, acting leader sa kada department, kasabay nito ay

ang pagmomonitor sa mga makina

- Knowledge of basic compound design

- Knowledge in compression, injection and transfer molding etc.

- New process improvements and rejection control

- Analysis and reduction of tire defects

- Tire testing knowledge and troubleshooting of process problems

- Production improvement through time and motion study

- Effectively support 5’S, ISO, Kaizen activities a...
