Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social platforms
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for open and future roles
• Conduct initial outreach and engage passive candidates using tailored messaging

Screening & Candidate Management

• Perform resume screening and initial phone/video screenings
