This is an in-person role based in Madrid. Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to become a true programmatic expert. You will learn how large-scale digital advertising campaigns are executed, optimized, and analyzed across major platforms.

You will focus on the operational side of programmatic advertising, ensuring campaigns launch correctly, deliver as expected, and continuously improve. There is no client contact involved — your impact is purely through execution quality and performance.

You will work closely with experienced team members who will provide guidance, structure, and clear processes.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:00 · Friday 9:00–17:00
