Jr. Employment Litigation Associate

Support all phases of employment litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Manage and review document productions and assist with discovery strategy.

Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.

Assist with witness preparation and trial preparation, including exhibit and briefing support.

Collaborate with partners and associates on litigation strategy and case management.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status, strategy, and developments.

Monitor developments in employment law and assist with internal knowledge sharing.
