Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of orders processing, fulfillment and customer services. Ensure timely response to internal/external customers' requests and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Daily Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily aspects of order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.
- Provide quick and accurate responses to interoffice emails and emails from customers.
- Assist in generating reports.
- Work with different departments, like receiving, depot, planner and shipping to fulfill the customer's requests in a timely manner.
- Provide estimate delivery time if the request can't be made on time
- Assist to verify OSD & exception handling cases to feedback to customers.
