Jr. Computer Systems Engineer

**Your Job**
The Jr Computer Systems Engineer will be responsible for the administration and support of networks, servers, and communication protocols, with a primary focus on the implementation of the Manufacturing Integration Intelligence (MII) system throughout the plant.
His work will include ensuring the connectivity and integration of automatic connector assembly machines, manual assembly processes and molding processes, ensuring that the system works properly in all areas of manufacturing.

- Assist with supporting the GetPaid global user base.
Expectations include owning the life cycle of submitted tickets, troubleshooting and resolving issues by using technical/critical thinking skills, monitoring/maintaining OTC and interconnected systems, and identifying root causes and support trends to reduce/improve/prevent future user disruption.
