Jr. Accountant

Job Summary The Junior Accountant will provide vital support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. The primary goal is to maintain accurate financial records, assist with month-end closing procedures, and ensure compliance with established accounting principles. Job Duties and Responsibilities: ● Financial Documentation: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports (Balance Sheets, P&L statements). ● Invoicing: Prepare Invoice and deliver to the client on timely manner ● Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, record payments, and monitor aging reports to ensure timely collections and disbursements. ● Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank, credit card, and inter-company reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies. ● Journal Entries: Prepare and post routine journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and general ledger maintenance. ● Audit Support: Organize and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits....
