JPN - Test Analyst - QA

Manulife Japan is looking to fill the role of Assistant Test Manager (Bilingual preferred). Please review the responsibilities and qualifications below. Responsibilities

Leadership:

+ Lead projects and be responsible for QA delivery
+ Create initial estimates of testing effort for new developments and enhancements
+ Participate in daily stand-up meetings and defect triage calls
+ Work with cross-functional teams for defect management
+ Monitor, measure, control, and report to management on test progress, product quality, test results, and completion status
+ Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to test team members
+ Identify slippage and develop recovery strategies, and resolve issues related to technical solutions in test environments
