Job Summary:

•  A working crew member that must take direction from foreman and train and guide Apprentices and Helpers on installation, demolition of mechanical system components, and moving of material.

Duties & Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain safe working practices throughout all activities.


• Take direction on installation of duct and piping systems.
• Ability to train and direct Apprentices and Helpers on proper work practices Load/unload/move material such as sheet metal, piping, boxes, carts, trash, dollies, containers.
• Ability to read and understand project documents such as prints and speciation’s Plan for the most efficient method of installing duct and piping systems  Participate in the Stretch and Flex program Understand the safe effective operation of all necessary tools Look for and communicate any safety issues with the foreman in each work area throughout the day BAS...
