Job Description
Service, install, troubleshoot refrigeration systems, boilers, cooling towers and chillers, air handlers, steam, gas-fired appliances, pumps, valves, and system piping, and special equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 ○ Refrigeration Systems: Service, install, troubleshoot, and safely handle refrigerants using standard safe practices and adhering to federal refrigerant guidelines as well as documenting any transfer of refrigerant.
 ○ Boilers: Service, install, maintain, clean, and trouble shoot hot water supply, hydronic heating, steam, associated piping, insulation, and any other pressure vessel.
 ○ Cooling Towers and Chillers: Service, install, maintain, clean, and trouble shoot water-cooled and air-cooled chillers and their associated condensers and cooling towers, piping, and insulation.
 ○ Steam: Service, install, maintain, clean, and trouble shoot steam piping, control valves, condensate return systems, and insulation.
