Job Description
UPMC Horizon - Greenville is hiring a Journeyman 1- Painter to join the Facilities Team! This full-time role will work 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. shifts Monday-Friday. On call, weekend rotation, and working off shifts and holidays is required. Travel to support UPMC Horizon-Shenango Valley, as needed, could be required for the role.
Final candidates will be selected for a job title within the career ladder that reflects level of education, experience and manager discretion at time of offer.
Journeyman 1- Painter salary range $25.97-$45.04 per hour.
Journeyman 2- Painter salary range $27.99-$48.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist carpenters in construction projects, stud walls, hang drywall, demolition, installation of grid work, rile and acoustical ceilings.
+ Custom surface finishing, grouting, installation and setting of ceramic tile, stone and marble; repair/replacement of existing materials.
