Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:
We are looking for a Jointing Continuous Improvement Technician to join the team in Milan.
In this role, you will initially focus on gaining a solid understanding of high-voltage cable accessories design, development, and manufacturing processes. After this onboarding phase, you will progressively move to on-site activities, supporting installation teams and driving continuous improvements across jointing methods, tools, and procedures.
You will act as a key link between engineering and field operations, contributing to the optimization of installation practices through technical insight and direct site feedback.
Job responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of high-voltage cable accessories design, drawings, and manufacturing processes during the initial office-based phase.
Create and update technical drawings using Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Inventor, or equivalent).
