Joinery Supervisor

• Supervise all joinery works on site.
• Oversee woodwork, cabinetry, doors, wall panels, counters, etc.
• Coordinate with joinery factory carpenters and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Monitor installation quality, finishing, and workmanship standards.
• Plan and control daily manpower and work schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, and other trades.
• Identify site issues and ensure timely rectification.
• Ensure health, safety, and housekeeping at site.
• Report daily progress and material requirements to management.

• 5–10 years experience in joinery / interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery installation and finishes.
• Experience working on restaurants, retail, and commercial interiors.
