for 3 months initially with the possibility of extension. You will predominantly be based in their Coleraine site.

Responsibilities:

• Responsive maintenance as and when required
• Communicate with management
• Itemize the work to be carried out in dwellings and premises
• Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that the organization expects
• Uphold Data Protection Policies
• Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business

The Ideal Person:

• Relevant trade qualification - NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• Valid CSCS/CSR card
