Training & Onboarding (Paid)

• Probation period reduced to 1 month

• Fully paid training

• Training structure:

• 50% theoretical training (sales fundamentals, communication, B2B basics)

• 50% practical training (real work with guidance and supervision)



You will be working and training at the same time, which is why the training period is fully paid and designed to prepare you confidently for your second month.
