o Account and payment questions.

o Campaign details and promotions.

o Resolving incomplete or delayed orders.

o Courier-related concerns.

o Requests for branded Uber materials (bags, stickers, etc.).

Communicate via inbound calls and email.

Use systems and tools provided (training included).
