As a Scam Liaison Officer, you will assist Investigation Officers in interacting with scam victims, offering continuous support while maintaining essential case records. Your primary objective will be to help victims understand Restriction Orders and connect them to beneficial community resources. You will monitor their well-being and provide ongoing support to foster confidence.
