Has had the taste of agency life but wants to work in a smaller team environment to gain more autonomy and grow quickly. Is excited to work at a shop that has high-growth forecasts for the next year and wants to go there with us. Our clients range from tourism destinations to state-run departments of health to consumer-packaged goods, so the ability to change gears quickly is key. Most critically, has a great attitude and a sense of adventure.
